1滅火劑儲(chǔ)存裝置 Agent Storage Unit
本裝置由七氟丙烷儲(chǔ)瓶、瓶頭閥、止回閥、集流管、施放連接管、泄放管、泄放連接管等組成，用于儲(chǔ)存七氟丙烷滅火劑。
The unit used for the storage of HFC-227ea consists of HFC-227ea agent cylinder, bottle valve, check valve, collecting pipe, connecting pipe for releasing, discharge pipe, connecting pipe for discharge, etc.
2遙控施放站 Remote Control Releasing Station
船用遙控施放站由箱體、控制氣瓶、延時(shí)裝置、壓力表等組成。用于手動(dòng)操作氣動(dòng)釋放七氟丙烷儲(chǔ)瓶對艙室進(jìn)行滅火作業(yè)。
Marine remote control releasing station consists of box, control cylinders, time-delay device, pressure gauge, etc. It can put out the fire in the cabin through manual operation and pneumatic releasing the HFC-227ea in the cylinder.
3氣控施放閥 Pneumatic Releasing Valve
氣控施放閥是一種氣控快開閥，又叫選擇閥，其工作原理為當(dāng)控制氣體推動(dòng)所屬的氣缸活塞，帶動(dòng)曲柄動(dòng)作，使轉(zhuǎn)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，即主閥處于可開啟狀態(tài)，在滅火劑本身壓力作用下主閥打開實(shí)現(xiàn)滅火劑釋放動(dòng)作，應(yīng)急時(shí)也可直接扳動(dòng)施放閥手柄，從而打開施放閥，當(dāng)發(fā)生人為誤動(dòng)七氟丙烷儲(chǔ)瓶的瓶頭閥而導(dǎo)致七氟丙烷誤放時(shí)，由于施放閥尚處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，可確保七氟丙烷不致誤放至被保護(hù)處所。
Pneumatic releasing valve is a kind pneumatic quick-opening valve, and it also can be named selection valve. Its working principle is: when the pilot gas pushes the stopcock in its air cylinder, the crank moves and the spindle rotates, at this moment, the main valve is ready to open, and with the pressure of the agent itself, the main valve is open and then the agent is released. When it is in emergency, in order to open the releasing valve, you can pull the hand shank directly. When the HFC-227ea agent is released by the man-made mistake, because the releasing valve is closed, the HFC-227ea agent cannot release to the protection area.
4快開閥 Quick-opening Valve
快開閥是一種手柄只板轉(zhuǎn)90°，即可迅速打開的截止閥。
Quick-opening valve is a stop valve which can be opened rapidly through rotating 90 degree of the hand shank.
5信號反饋裝置 Signal Feedback Device
信號反饋裝置由壓力信號發(fā)送器組成
Signal feedback device consists of pressure signal transmitter.
施放信號輸出：常開無源觸頭
Out-put of release signal: normally open passive contact
超壓泄放信號輸出：常開無源觸頭
Overpressure release input signal: normally open passive contact
6分配管系和噴嘴 Distribution Piping System and Nozzle
七氟丙烷分配管系是輸送七氟丙烷滅火劑的通道，是本系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。噴嘴是噴灑七氟丙烷滅火劑的部件，噴嘴設(shè)置應(yīng)力求使七氟丙烷滅火劑均勻地噴向保護(hù)區(qū)域。
HFC-227ea distribution piping system as an access to the transportation of HFC-227ea agent is an important part of the plant. Nozzle is a component used for spraying the HFC-227ea agent, and the installation of the nozzle shall make the HFC-227ea agent spray to the protection area uniformly.
